Parties larger than 90 guests must be held at the Pavillion. Renters will be given the option of renting both indoor and outdoor spaces to use both fascilities.
AMMENITIES
TABLES AND CHAIRS: tables, (11 guests tables, 3 food tables, 1 cake table) & 90 chairs are provided.
SPEAKERS & TV: Guests have access to the smart TV and wireless speakers. Guests can submit playlists prior to their event to be played during the party.
DISCO LIGHTS: Can be controlled via remote at any time.
BACKDROP STAND: Decoration (Not Included)
DECORATION TIME: Renters are provided 2hrs same day decoration before an event
EXTRAS
LINENS: We offer a variety for you to choose. (Linens are required)
CLEANING FEES: All events must pay a mandatory $200 cleaning fee.
SECURITY & BARTENDER: All events that serve alcohol require (1 Secuity Guard/100 guests) and a certified bartender
A Charming Place will provide a security guard, and the expense will be added to the final invoice.
