Parties of 50 guests or smaller will be held in the main building with access to the garden.
AMMENITIES
TABLES AND CHAIRS: 9 tables, (6 guests tables, 2 food tables, 1 cake table) & 50 chairs are provided.
SPEAKERS & TV: Guests have access to the smart TV and wireless speakers. Guests can submit playlists prior to their event to be played during the party.
DISCO LIGHTS: Can be controlled via remote at any time.
BACKDROP STAND: Decoration (Not Included)
DECORATION TIME: Renters are provided 2hrs same day decoration before an event
EXTRAS
LINENS: We offer a variety for you to choose. (Linens are required)
CLEANING FEES: All events must pay a mandatory $200 cleaning fee.
SECURITY & BARTENDER: All events that serve alcohol require (1 Secuity Guard/100 guests) and a certified bartender
A Charming Place will provide a security guard, and the expense will be added to the final invoice.
